In this episode, I’m talking to Telford-based propmeister and punsmith Roger Swift, who also runs the Teknicolour Smoof chain of comedy clubs in Shropshire. Since starting out seven years ago, he’s evolved his comedy from anecdotal and storytelling to quickfire prop-heavy wordplay. Roger is one of the most innovative acts on the circuit, and his truly unique style of performance is the reason he picked up the Best Alternative Act trophy at the last Midlands Comedy Awards.
